Every year, I get sucked into watching American Idol. After last year's disaster with Scotty McCreery winning and Lauren Alaina as the runner-up, I lost faith in the American public and didn't think I would care about the show this year. But I was shocked with this year's Top 13! Except for one of the contestants, I actually like all of them. Good job, America! There's no one that makes me want to yell in rage this season. I mean, there's still Randy Jackson; I spend a great deal of time yelling at my TV every time he opens his mouth. He actually doesn't even need to speak and he already pisses me off. Thankfully I have the option to fast forward every time he appears.
My favourite of this season - Phillip Phillips (Yes, that's his real name). He's not the best singer in the competition and he's got a few weird quirks when he sings but I love how he's not afraid to play around with the song and make it his own. It also helps that he's a cutie and has a bromance with Heejun Han. Of course, my opinion means nothing since I can't vote anyway, haha.
