I didn't post about last week's episode but honestly, it would have just consisted of this:

EMBLEM 3 GOT ELIMINATED!!!
*happy dance*

And now my thoughts on X Factor's Top 3 Night.
  • Seeing the Top 13 back on stage makes me miss Beatrice Miller, Jennel Garcia, and even Arin Ray.
  • Paige's hair looks like she got attacked by a razor and then bits of food got stuck in her hair.
  • I really do love Vino Alan's voice...as long as you don't look at him when he performs.
  • I wonder if they turned off Drew's (Emblem3) mic. It's not like he can actually sing.
  • I can't believe Fifth Harmony performed the same song as last week! And clearly Simon didn't believe they would get this far since he said this performance "was the moment I saw something special in these girls". So, he only started liking them during the semifinals week...
  • I want to rip that frigging ginormous bow off Camila's head. IT'S SO DISTRACTING. I also wish she would leave the group. Her voice doesn't match everyone else's in Fifth Harmony.
  • Oooh Ooh Ooh Ooooh Ooh....damn that "Anything Could Happen" song is catchy. I wish Fifth Harmony did an a cappella version of it this week instead of redoing the exact same thing as last week.
  • LeAnn Rimes was the best celebrity singer they could get for a duet with Carly Rose? Really? The husband stealing anorexic? And nothing can beat this duet with Jessica Sanchez and Jennifer Holliday.
  • Hehe, this Pontoon song by Little Big Town is fun. I'm turning into a country loving gal.
  • 2 out of 3 songs Fifth Harmony is performing this week has already been done by them before. How is this fair? Did Simon get too lazy to pick new songs for them?
  • Carly Rose's "Hallelujah" is predictable from her but that one glory note is still pretty impressive.
  • Fifth Harmony still doesn't sing harmonies but I liked their version of "Let It Be" minus Camila's part. That girl is my new favourite to hate on the show now that Emblem3 is gone.

So I'm thinking tonight will be a shocker with Carly Rose eliminated first (I blame LeAnn Rimes). And it'll come down to Tate Stevens vs. Fifth Harmony. I'm actually okay with either one of them winning but I'm leaning more towards Tate Stevens.

No X Factor post this week because I have nothing new to say about the remaining contestants but I have something even better. A new Top 10 TV's Hottest Guys list! I made sure to change things up and choose different guys from my original Top 10 list. It was tempting to include Alex O'Loughlin and Gabriel Macht again though.

The majority of my picks were unintentionally "bad boys". I guess I have a type when it comes to television characters. They also all seem to share the annoying trait of not being photogenic. These photos don't do them justice - you don't know how hard it was to find decent pictures for this post.

10. Adam Noshimuri, Hawaii Five-0 (Ian Anthony Dale)
He's a mix of Japanese, French, and English. Can it get any better than that? I've finally accepted the fact that Kono and Steve are not going to be getting together on Hawaii Five-0 so I approve of Adam with Kono. With Adam as head of the Hawaii Yakuza and Kono as a member of Five-0, it's no doubt that I would love the two of them being together. I'm all for couples that shouldn't be together. Things are going to get pretty interesting (and hot) with Daniel Henney playing Adam's brother.

9. Jesse Pinkman, Breaking Bad (Aaron Paul)
Is there anyone who watches Breaking Bad that doesn't like Jesse?? I just want to give him a hug and take away all his pain and suffering. Please tell me he gets a happy ending in the series finale next year. I have a feeling I'm not going to get what I want...

8. Ryan York, Parenthood (Matt Lauria)
Oh man, it was SO hard to find good pictures of Matt Lauria. I had to resort to Twitter pics! I liked him on Friday Night Lights and damn, he has grown from a boy to a man since then. I love him on Parenthood with Amber. Those two are going to put me through a relationship roller coaster. I also think it's so cute that Mae Whitman is a huge FNL fan. She gets to date Luke Cafferty!

7. Danny Castellano, The Mindy Project / Reese Lansing, The Newsroom (Chris Messina)
It's impossible to find a picture that accurately shows off Chris Messina's hotness! He's my absolute favourite character on The Mindy Project. I love that he tries to act like he's tough and doesn't care about anyone but you know he's actually a softie. He also reads the Hunger Games trilogy :)

6. Wade Kinsella, Hart of Dixie (Wilson Bethel)
He's got an incredibly hot bod and there's definitely no shortage of showing it off on Hart of Dixie but I have to say, I think he actually looks hotter with clothes on. In the beginning of the series, I was all for Zoe and George to be together (gotta support FNL alum) but I'm definitely on the Zoe/Wade team now. I'm all for opposites attracting.

5. Sam Kendal, Last Resort (Scott Speedman)
This guy got hotter with age. It sucks that Last Resort got cancelled because it was definitely a treat to see his gorgeous face on TV every week. The fact that he grew up in Toronto, went to Earl Haig, and studied at University of Toronto and York University makes me love him even more.

4. Seth, Misfits (Matthew McNulty)
I'm a few episodes behind on Misfits but I'm praying he doesn't leave the show anytime soon. All the good characters are gone! Seth is one of the few reasons I still watch Misfits. First Simon and Alisha's relationship ended in heartbreak and now Seth and Kelly too. This show is messing with my heart. At least there's still the bromance between Seth and Rudy.

3. Daryl Dixon, The Walking Dead (Norman Reedus)
Norman Reedus is the perfect example of dirty hot. He's on the border of looking like white trash and yet there's an allure. I can't explain it. I'm both repulsed and turned on looking at him. The Walking Dead can continue killing off characters as long as Daryl is safe. Don't kill him please!!

2. Leo Morrison, American Horror Story / Himself, The Voice (Adam Levine)
Okay, I cheated a little since Adam Levine is more of a singer than an actor but he is technically on TV! I was never that attracted to him in the past but then he got a sleeve of tattoos and he's actually entertaining on The Voice! It's weird - I'm totally into entire sleeves of tattoos but guys with tattoos scattered here and there don't do it for me.

1. Jax Teller, Sons of Anarchy (Charlie Hunnam)
Charlie Hunnam is definitely one of those guys who is more attractive in motion. Only he can make me want to be with a biker dude. Jax is also one of the few guys who manages to look attractive with long, greasy hair. Him and Tim Riggins.

Seems like lately, all this blog has to talk about is The X Factor. Well I suppose I might as well add my two cents into the mix, but instead of talking about someone from the US version, let's take about 4 minutes to enjoy Bella Ferraro's audition, brought to you from Australia.

A little delayed in discovering this, I know. But I love how surprised she was after singing the first line. Man, she had me hooked after singing the first two words!!! She ended up being in 4th place I believe. And quite frankly, I believe winning these competitions aren't that important anyway, especially if you're already one of the top few. Here's her new single, "Set Me On Fire"! She sounds like some other singer...can't seem to place a finger on who though...

I apologize for being late on this post but hey, at least I got it done before this week's new episode. I've been working long hours with a long commute and writing a blog post is the last thing on my mind. It doesn't help that there's no one left on The X Factor that I like. I have no motivation!

1. Carly Rose Sonenclar - Rolling In The Deep
There's no doubt that she's the best singer in the competition but I still haven't gotten around to liking her. Simon keeps calling her an alien as a compliment but it enhances the fact that she has NO personality. They did their best trying to show her interacting with her brother but the whole cupcake in the face felt staged.

2. Tate Stevens - Somebody Like You
I like that he went upbeat. It was fun and it came across like you were at a concert of his. At this point, I'm rooting for Tate. I'm not a huge fan of country music but I can see him being successful in the country world and he's got a back story that makes you want to root for him. He can't go back to paving roads! I'm not sure his old boss would even hire him back after Tate's mentioned a bazillion times how much he hates his job back home.

3. Emblem3 - I'm A Believer
I had a brief moment last week where I didn't mind them but I'm back to hating them again. Their performance was terrible! I can't believe Simon thought they would be #1 after that. The whole time I kept thinking, "Shrek, Shrek, Shrek!" (I also hate that movie). And I cannot stand that stupid guy taking off his clothes, flexing his biceps, and smacking his abs. WTF? I get that Simon is looking for another One Direction but these boys aren't it. I'm not even sure how girls can find them attractive.

4. Fifth Harmony - Stronger
This was one of their stronger (pun intended) performances vocally but I'm not sure who keeps making the decision to keep them standing in a line. This was the perfect performance for them to work the stage but instead we got some awkward wiggling on the spot. I also didn't understand why there were giant digital versions of themselves standing in front of fire as a backdrop. Who comes up with this stuff? And another thing that bugs me about them is that THERE'S NEVER ANY HARMONY. These girls have to step it up.

5. CeCe Frey - Lady Marmalade
Last week I said I wanted to see the sassy CeCe back and we got her! It's like the shit on her face gives her confidence. It was a fun performance to watch but it's time for CeCe to go home. Who keeps voting for this girl?

6. Diamond White - I Wanna Dance With Somebody
I like that she tried something different than her usual ballads but I'm not sure if it worked. Maybe it was the song choice? The beginning of the song was gorgeous but she stood up and it's like she forgot how to sing. I still give her props for doing something upbeat though. She looked like a relevant, current singer.
Singing for Survival - I Was Here
The girl can sing. Diamond's going to sing all Whitney and Beyonce songs from here on out.

7. ELIMINATED - Vino Alan - Lost That Loving Feeling
Oooh, sabotage! This was by far the worst performance of the night. Even worse than Emblem3! LA Reid wanted to push him to number one but LA's song choice ended up dragging him to the bottom instead. And Vino wasn't wearing a hat. I told you to always wear a hat Vino! You scared the voters away!
Singing for Survival - Trouble
I really liked Vino and was sad to see him go. It was a smart strategy by Simon to eliminate Vino though since he was consistently in third place above his groups in the rankings.

8. ELIMINATED - Paige Thomas - Never Gonna Give You Up
I love that Paige stuck up for herself and didn't listen to Demi. Her singing wasn't perfect but I think Paige has got star quality and it sucks to see her go.
